For those that want more detail there is a full list of ingredients and more information below.

Why should I take Essential Food?

People who are lacking energy or feel tired all the time often turn to coffee or energy drinks. Both of these products usually work by loading you with caffeine, which is a narcotic stimulant and if taken regularly it is addictive.

Caffeine has been associated with many health risks if over consumed, and some so called energy drinks contain up to 25% more caffeine than coffee.

If you are looking for a completely safe and natural way to increase your energy and fitness then Essential Food may be the answer.

Essential Food is a great supplement for the busy lifestyle, for athletes, for those who are tired due to a poor diet, for people who work long hours or difficult schedules and is great for nutritional support for those recovering from illness.
